Master of Arts in Counselling C.C.C.

Rachel Robertson (she/her) holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) with the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association. She works with individuals from early adolescence to late adulthood, couples, and families. 
Rachel works to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients are able to show up with their whole selves and feel seen and cared for.  Her approach is trauma informed and integrative, drawing on Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, among others.
Rachel genuinely loves people and is intentional in creating an empathetic and empowering connection with her clients, respecting their experiences and expertise of themselves. She collaboratively works with clients to tailor the therapeutic process to their individual needs and preferences. She has experience working with clients in a variety of areas. Including anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, relational struggles, and grief.
Currently Rachel is not taking on new clients.
